Velimir Delovski, LL.M.

He obtained his law degree from the Iustinianus Primus Faculty of Law. He also holds two LL.M. degrees in the field of human rights from Viadrina European University and Queen Mary University of London. He completed several internships with the Macedonian Assembly, ECMI Flensburg and the Secretariat of the Subcommittee on Prevention of Torture within the UNHCHR at Geneva. He worked as Assistant Lawyer with the Registry of the ECtHR, Junior Associate with the Office of the Macedonian Government Agent before the ECtHR, as well as Legal Adviser and Project Coordinator at the Macedonian Helsinki Committee. He delivered a number of trainings for the Judicial Academy, and currently serves as a national Focal Point for the Council of Europe’s HELP program. Delovski has been involved as a consultant in several projects carried out by the AIRE Centre London, which aimed at improving the implementation of the European Convention on Human Rights. He currently works as a Legal Consultant for the Supreme Court on the ECtHR case-law under a project which is implemented by the CLRA and supported by the British Embassy in Skopje.
