Elena Neshovska Kjoseva

Elena Neshovska Kjoseva works as Assistant Professor at Law faculty “Iustinianus Primus” Skopje, Department of Financial Law, teaching Financial law, Tax law, International Tax Law, Budget Law, and Local Finances. In 2010 she obtained her master degree, on the topic: “Tax progression versus flat tax”, and in 2015 she defended the doctoral thesis on the topic “Tax Treatment of Cross-border Activities According the Double Tax Treaties”, which is now published as a monograph. Ms Neshovska Kjoseva has published number of papers in relevant domestic and foreign journals, and has participated in number of national and international conferences.
